Production timings vary based on order quantities, however we have a standard turn‐around time of 3 – 5 working days from artwork approval and payment. Please discuss deadlines with your Account Executive.

Yes, we are able to assist with same day / rush jobs based on your requirements.

Yes! Our price list works on economies of scale.

Yes, our standard terms require a 50% payment before the order goes into production. The balance is due before collection.

Yes, every single order that goes into production has to be approved in writing before going into production.

No, delivery is not included. Collection can be done from our factory in Olivedale or courier arranged and charged for accordingly. Delivery timings dier based on area. A same day courier service cannot be guaranteed.

Yes! Our templates can be downloaded on our products page.

Vector Format or hi‐res PDF’s.

Yes we can at a standard rate of R350.00 ex vat per hour.

A setup fee is the cost of preparing the equipment or machinery needed to put your artwork on a product. It also includes the cost of labour needed to get your logo to look just right. The setup fee does not go towards the artwork or proof setup.
