WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD LEAD TIMES?
Production timings vary based on order quantities, however we have a standard turn‐around time of 3 – 5 working days from artwork approval and payment. Please discuss deadlines with your Account Executive.
IS DELIVERY INCLUDED IN MY ORDER?
No, delivery is not included. Collection can be done from our factory in Olivedale or courier arranged and charged for accordingly. Delivery times vary based on courier service selected. A same day courier service cannot be guaranteed.
DO YOU DO RUSH JOBS?
Yes, we are able to assist with same day / rush jobs based on your requirements.
CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN ARTWORK?
Yes! Our templates can be downloaded on our products page.

WHAT FORMAT DO YOU REQUIRE ARTWORK IN?
Vector Format or hi‐res PDF’s.
DOES THE PRICE CHANGE ON QUANTITY?
Yes! Our price list works on economies of scale.
CAN YOU REDRAW MY LOGO / ARTWORK?
Yes we can at a standard rate of R350.00 ex vat per hour.
DO I HAVE TO PAY BEFORE MY ORDER IS PUT INTO PRODUCTION?
Yes, our standard terms require a 50% payment before the order goes into production. The balance is due before collection.
WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY A SETUP FEE ON EVERY ORDER?
A setup fee is the cost of preparing the equipment or machinery needed to put your artwork on a product. It also includes the cost of labour needed to get your logo to look just right. The setup fee does not go towards the artwork or proof setup.
WILL I RECEIVE AN ARTWORK PROOF FOR SIGN OFF BEFORE THE JOB GOES INTO PRODUCTION?
Yes, every single order that goes into production has to be approved in writing before going into production.
